SIMPLIFIED GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SELLERS

1. Purpose

These terms define the simple rules applicable to sellers using the Lakadee auction platform. By selling on Lakadee, the seller agrees to these conditions.

2. Registration

To sell on Lakadee, the seller must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be legally authorized to sell products
• Accept these terms and conditions

Lakadee may suspend or close a seller account in case of non-compliance.

3. Listing Products for Sale

The seller agrees to:

• Describe the product honestly and clearly
• Upload at least one real photo of the product
• Indicate measurements, condition (new or used), and important details
• Specify transport and delivery conditions

The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the product listed.

4. Auctions and Sale Commitment

Any validated bid commits the seller to sell the product. Once the winning bid is confirmed, the seller may not refuse the sale.

5. Lakadee Commission

• 10% for sales below 25 million kip
• 7% for sales between 25 million and 60 million kip
• 4% for sales above 60 million kip

The commission is automatically deducted from the payment.

6. Payment

The buyer pays the full amount directly to Lakadee. Lakadee deducts its commission and transfers the remaining balance to the seller. After payment confirmation, the buyer receives the seller’s contact details.

7. Transport and Delivery

Transport and delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated. The seller agrees to cooperate in arranging product handover.

8. Sale Notification

The seller will receive a notification when their product is sold.

9. Liability

Lakadee acts only as an intermediary. Lakadee is not responsible for products sold by sellers. The seller remains fully responsible for the product, its condition, and the transaction.

10. Seller Commitment

By using Lakadee, the seller agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.

11. Changes to the Terms

Lakadee may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
