These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “GTC”) govern access to and use of the Lakadee auction website (hereinafter “the Site”), operated by a single seller (hereinafter “Lakadee”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or participating in an auction, the user accepts these GTC without reservation.

2. Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge to anyone with internet access. Certain features, including participation in auctions, require the creation of a user account.

3. Registration — Registration Required to Bid

To place a bid (or “bet”), the user must:

• Create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

The highest bidder at the close of the auction wins the sale.

All bids are final and binding: by bidding, the user commits to purchasing the product if their bid is successful.

5. Payment and Completion of the Sale

The winning bidder receives a notification and must make payment according to the terms and deadlines indicated at the time of the sale. In the event of non-payment, Lakadee reserves the right to cancel the sale, offer the product to another user, or exclude the account in question.

6. Delivery and Shipping Costs

Lakadee offers delivery of products won at auction. Shipments may be made by Lakadee or by an authorized logistics provider.

Delivery costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise indicated at the time of listing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and nature of the product.

Lakadee cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Lakadee’s Responsibilities
